Discover What Work Really Fits You – Interactive Skills Reflection
This project transformed a traditional skills-reflection PDF into an interactive Genially experience designed for college students. Instead of long text blocks, learners move through guided prompts, choices, and personal input moments at their own pace. The experience keeps the reflective tone while adding clarity, structure, and visual engagement.
⛰️ Challenge
The original worksheet was static, dense, and easy for students to skim without real reflection. The goal was to preserve its depth while making it more engaging, intuitive, and visually friendly.
💭 Design Approach
I converted each reflection section into a step-by-step Genially flow. The structure uses interactive prompts, campus-themed visuals, and short decision points to keep students engaged without overwhelming them.
🏗️ The Build
Tools: Genially, Canva, Freepik AI, Freesound sound effects, Lovable
I recreated the worksheet in Genially using:
clean modular screens
clickable options
short input fields
micro-animations
a college-campus visual theme
This turns a passive PDF into an interactive experience that guides the learner rather than leaving them to figure it out alone.
🌟 Results & Takeaways
The final experience keeps the reflective nature but delivers it in a format students actually follow through on. This project highlights how I can turn any static 1–3-page document into an interactive, branded, student-friendly micro-experience—quickly and affordably.
